The Halloween trick-or-treating hours for the Village of Middleport will be from 5 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
FREE E-Waste Recycling Event
Niagara County and Sunnking are hosting an electronics waste recycling event on Saturday, September 16th, at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA located at 1900 Military Rd. You MUST pre-register for this event by going to www.sunnking.com/events/niagara-falls-09-16-23. There are a few spots available so please register as soon as possible.

April Meeting Schedule
There will be a Budget Meeting on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 7 pm and Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 6 pm. The Annual Reorganization Meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 7 pm. The Regular Board Meeting for April is Monday, April 17, 2023, at 7 pm.
2023 Village Election Results
There were 199 ballots cast in-person and 14 absentee ballots. For the mayoral seat: Dan Dodge received 142 votes and Richard Westcott received 69 votes. There were no write-in votes. For the trustee seats: Dorothy Barr received 178 votes, Wayne Blumrick received 144 votes, and Kellie Lepard received 4 write-in votes. Congratulations to those elected and thank you Mayor Westcott for your many years of dedicated service to the Village of Middleport.
American Legion Auxiliary Walk-A-Thon
The American Legion Auxiliary will be holding their Annual Walk-A-Thon on Saturday, April 29th, 2023, at The Village Commons. The registration table and basket raffle will be set up around 9 a.m. for an 11 a.m. start. Come support the American Legion’s Walk-A-Thon as “They marched for us; we walk for them.”
2023 Village Election
The 2023 Village Election will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Village Hall.
