This year’s Arbor Day celebration will be held on Friday, April 26th, at 2:30 p.m. The annual tree planting will take place on Hammond Parkway (across from the middle school) in the greenspace. Please join us!
Modern Disposal Service informed the Village that there will be a ONE DAY delay the week of the Solar Eclipse. This means that the Village trash, recycling, and bulk pickup will be on THURSDAY, APRIL 11th, that week. If you have any questions, please contact the Village Clerk’s office at 716-735-3303.
The Village Hall and DPW will be closing at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, so that village employees can experience the solar eclipse with their families.

The Royalton Hartland Community Library has graciously given the Village Clerk’s office a limited quantity of solar eclipse glasses to distribute. Residents can stop by the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to pick up two pairs per person.
The Village Board of Trustees are holding another budget meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 6 pm to discuss the 2024-2025 Village Budget. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall located at 24 Main St, Middleport.
