Information:

The Commons is an area owned by the Village on Park Avenue, between Vernon and Main Streets.  This area is also the location of the Veterans' Monument and the Walkway on the Commons where commemorative bricks have been placed in honor of or in memory of loved ones and businesses.

 

The Memorial Day Parade at the Commons.  Memorial Day Services are held here by both the Clute-Philips Legion Post and the Middleport Volunteer Fire Co., Unit No. 1, Inc.  

 

In the summer, the Middleport Free Library sometimes holds outdoor actitivies here, as well.

 

Please note, this as this area is set aside as a memorial to Veterans, it is not for traditional park activities.

Restrictions:
No alcoholic beverages are allowed for consumption at the Commons.
Facilities:
Public restrooms are a short walk away, located behind the Village Hall at 24 Main Street.
Documents:
Download, print, complete per the instructions, and return to the Middleport Area Tourism & Beatification Committee.  Bricks are ordered April of each year.
